• If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to upgrade, you can exchange your gold jewelry within 10 days from the date of purchase.
• The jewelry must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt.
• The exchange can only be made for a product of equal or higher value.
• This policy applies only to gold jewelry. Custom-made, engraved, or modified pieces may not be eligible for exchange.
